    I know looking to spend 107.50 before discount, adding in 20% discount it comes down to €86. I've tried applying the discount codes in different order but only one of them seems to work at a time.

    Have you used a welcome discount before, maybe you need to use a different email address?

    2 Orders placed with all reductions- Possible a third to come

    62.9 -> 52.9 -> 47.9
    67.6 -> 57.6 -> 52.6

    Mostly clothes for toddler
    Also using multiple forms of the same Gmail address as below and they all come to the same account as gmail ignores the "."

    ab.cderfhi@gmail.com
    a.bcderfhi@gmail.com
    abcde.rfhi@gmail.com

    Where do you enter the codes?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,247 ✭✭✭ForestFire

    The First 20% comes off automatically as part of the sale.
    Once your basket is above €50 then click on checkout

    When you click on checkout there is a box near the bottom called "Enter Promotion Code"

    Enter WELCOME10 and hit apply

    you should see the total reduced by €10 when page refreshes

    Enter NEWSLETTER5 again in the box and hit apply

    you should see the total reduced by €5

    proceed with guest checkout and enter a new email address (Gmail just change position of the "." if you use one)

    Any items with the automatic 20% reduction are shown at the reduced price before you add them to the basket. Hardly any socks are included - not sure why ???
