If you played any digital war game or strategy game, you may have encountered games where the map is comprised of a Hex grid like this: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQDe-5_3wPeBWzIzEPFcu-WDYg7SHooXNy87w

This is what im trying to with an image in PS, though without the perspective, so just a top-down view.

I've been following a tutorial on creating a honeycomb pattern, but it's not exactly what I want, though it is a good starting point.

    Tutorial is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzkQY_5hiz0

The tutorial ends up making the centre of each polygon an opaque fill, but I really just want each polygon to be a Path that I can apply a Stroke to.

    How can I do that?
