Query regarding Amazon Data Centre Technician role

    May some one tell me how good is Amazon Data Centre Technician role is? I was told my some one working at Facebook datacentre that this role at Amazon is very stressfull because of very tight SLA's. Is this true?

    Also how is the work environment and work culture?

    I also have a job offer in ICT from a public sector institution. Salary is only around 29K per year while amazon role is 40K per year.

    So bit confused which one to choose.

    I think American companies like Amazon would be better than Irish owned companies. I havent worked for them though.

    They also have data centers in Tallaght and Blanchardstown.
