Aye 9 holes.
I presume its the front 9 not really sure as I havent played in one yet.
As long as you have one member your good to go.

The club is just trying to encourage people to play and maybe buy some food and have a pint on a Friday evening.

Any golfers out there? Tulfarris Golf Club are holding the 'Adrian Williams Commerative Competition' on Sat 6th June, in memory of Adrian Williams, my uncle, who was the golfing manager there. Timesheet is now open to non-members. Call Norma in the proshop on 045-867609 to book a time.

I think it's a team event, but you'd be better off ringing the Pro-Shop at the Golf Club to get all the information.

Dunmurry Springs in Kildare has an Open Singles every Thursday for the summer for €20.

Hunty, some more information for ya:

The format is a 4 person team scramble, and the entry fee is €160 per team.

As I said, contact the Pro-Shop to get your entry in asap. I hear that there is a lot of interest in this event.

Open fourball Sat 30th May and open singles Sun 31st May in Forrest Little.

Greens and course in excellent shape, think you're talking €15 entry for non-members.
Timesheets are fairly busy but you shouldn't have any trouble.
Once the weather is good you're guaranteed to enjoy it.

This post is a great idea as it is sometimes a struggle to find someone to play.

What I normally do is book a course on teetimes.ie and then check to see if friends can play. If only one or two are free I just cancel the spare places (no fee if you do it 48 hours before the time). They normally have some great offers near me in Wicklow so in future I will post here to see if anyone wants to join and if not then I'll just cancel the tee time. Happy Golfing!

Just got confirmed today the PGA National Ireland are running there open Mondays for €60 from 1st of June.

My friend played there on Tuesday with his society and said the course was in amazing condition espcially the greens..gona see will they give me a good rate on Sunday
