I have done it before in 2011. It's role playing with the standard interview part only maybe 1 hour from the whole day. Did you have the phone interview yet?

    I did the medical yesterday....
    Stage 1 Phone screen
Stage 2 half day, 4 x aptitude tests, 1 group discussion/role play, 1 interview questionaire on paper.
    Stage 3 1hr approx, 2 on 1 interview
    Provisional offer
Stage 4 medical + reference check

I don't know what the wages are as I dont have a contract yet.
I just hope its worth taking!

    aptitude was ok,
interview was a competency, so preperation needed.

I think the 11mnth contracts are a form of probation period, weed out the ones that they dont want.

    Yes, some people stay longer.

You are on a good way, as you got through all of the parts.

It would be great for me to get even to the tests stage.

    Good luck!

CPL said I would get a call last week. I haven't. Maybe some issues there. I hope not as I would really like this job.

Let's hope it better than the 2011. People waited 9 months to find out if they got the job or not.

They still interviewing people. Next one is on the march 11-12th.

After the interview in March 2011 which I did I called in September as I was offered another job. That's 6 months later & they could not give me an answer. I will just take things as they come. I have a job and would change if offered this one.

    Good luck with interview & contact's :)
