Anyone brave enough to watch his 2hour+ presentation on you tube ?

He was joined on the top table by alister and a new face .. with the official title of ‘Legal’

    Got through about 10 minutes.

First off at least he went through with the charade. He seems to have had a lot of fun messing with PowerPoint anyway.

No idea how many were there but at least 5 individuals anyway and the (not) thunderous applause at the end doesn't suggest there were many more.

Pity he has comments disabled but at least the like/dislike function is there to stroke his ego

Apparently UP got reports of a job fair in navan ... these dens of indecency and temptation should be shut down and the facilitators charged with reckless endangerment.

I highlight the fact that in no way did anyone from UnitedPeople attend or take part in any of the events on the day. UP are maintaining their long held stance against any job creation activities

There it is, while bizarrely drawing a comparison with Venezuela, Catalonia and UP's fight against JobPath/Seetec Jeff Rudd popped this doozy of a post up on UP's FB page yesterday.
The bit in bold is nothing less than a Dosser's Charter.
Jeff's butt hurt at being pressurised into engaging with the relevant bodies that seek to give people like Jeff useful guidance and a toe up the hole into gainful employment.
But UP seek the right for all citizens to be able to live a life of leisure and freedom by spending nurses taxes, corpo workers taxes, hotel staff taxes, fishermen's taxes, bus driver's taxes, farm labourer's taxes etc.

    Viva le revolution!

In case you haven't noticed, UnitedPeople has conducted a year and a half investigation into "JobPath" (via Seetec and Turas Nua).
    .
We have also been repeatedly concerned about events going on in Venezuela and Catalonia.
    .
You might not think the former is related to the later two mentioned - but fundamentally, they are - and they all underscore what UnitedPeople is about.
    .
Events in the likes of Venezuela and Catalonia (and other places) are centred around a people's right to free choice, free peaceful expression, the right to chose a way of life that is based on their unique situation and the upholding of basic rights of decency, respect and more.
    .
Terrible still ongoing events and abuses that happening because of the forced JobPath down on people, also is deeply affecting peoples fundamental rights to choose, how they can live their lives and to whom they wish to be connected with or contracted with.

    .
...In other words, in all situations - it's about fundamental rights of an individual, of a nation, of any group in society that just wishes to advance through peaceful process.
    .
...And that in a nutshell is at the heart of UnitedPeople. We will continue to highlight where people anywhere, are being exploited, abused, have their rights denied and more - and then we will peacefully seek a better way for things to improve.
    .
If you like that idea, please do support us and help in any way you can. Thank you.

In solidarity with their friends in Catalonia and Venezuela United People are having their own referendum in a couple of weeks on the addition of the Neurotoxin (sic) fluoride being added to water.

I don’t think this is a campaign being spear headed by Jeff - Elected Leader and Founder but by Alastair - National Organisator

Using all their Facebook and random website research they are putting a vote to the people in the most one sided biased election ever. A total of 7 people have showed an interest on Facebook .. so barring someone abstaining Jeff might not need to use a casting vote.

I wonder will the guards from Dundalk or Ardee be asked to move on Drogheda to break up the ballot stations.

I’ll keep the dial on LMFM for updates. But if the government refuses to abide by Jeff’s referendum the whole north east may be in chaos and the general strike that follows might mean I’ll have to relocate to east Meath to get uncensored internet back

Surely he should strike a symbolic blow against these odious organisations. Make a stand and refuse the accept the oppressors coin. That would show them!

It would demonstrate that the United People would support their own, as a united people should. He would then be free to maintain the fight.

Surely a rhetorical question if ever there was one, but do the likes of Jeffery not have the wit to realise that the greater the extent of their piss-taking on the taxpayers' coin, the greater the extent of the eventual taxpayers' backlash? Thatcher couldn't have happened without the closed shop, Spanish practices, the miners trying to dictate government policy, and all the other abuses in the 70s when the unions had the upper hand. Newton's third law - to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction - the harder the likes of him lash out the harder he can expect everyone else to lash back and it's only a matter of time.

    Life ain't always empty.

I checked UP’s Facebook page for some budget reaction ... it’s seems that even Jeff is hard pressed to find anything to get outraged about ... but the ever studious elected leader did spot a scandal lurking in the small print ... apparently the government will give an extra €20 to unemployed people who engage with job activation measures.

The outrage ... the humanity ... the brass neck of the politicians giving people a hand up !!

I zipped through his 2hr Seetec presentation video on youtube in 10 mins or so.
One bit that struck me was where he said that his grievance with Seetec was personal as he didn't want to see his children being exploited by them the way people are being exploited nowadays.
I found it astonishing that he assumes or expects that his children will also rely on the welfare system the way he does.
Who knows, maybe they might get.......jobs!

his wording and all in the headline though, someone at WWN is a fan.
Not the national media attention he was craving though.

WWN could have a specific jeffy correspondant to keep up with him

How soon will it take for Jeff to threaten WW with the full might of his legal team?

In other news UP congratulated Ireland's soccer team on their home win during the week..."Ireland 1 - Wales 0".

Just noticed, it might be later today until he realises the sneaky buggers in WWN plagiarised his work as he's assisting someone in court over Seetec.

Apparently it was set to be the most important court case in modern Irish history .. according to Jeff. Somehow I might just take that with a pinch of salt.

Seems the Minister for Social Protection commited perjury according to Rudd. Might want to get the Council of State together as this looks like a proper crisis in the making.

He supports everything that is antiestablishment and fashionable amongst the outraged classes ... supporting causes apart from his own lifestyle ... cos the taxpayer does that for him

...ah now, to be fair he is entitled to his welfare payments, his free house, his unwillingness to participate in either proper education or the workforce.
People worked damn hard to earn those entitlements: it would be morally wrong of JR to completely disregard other people's efforts by actually working.

He's certainly making hay out of someone else's quest. Which will keep him busy...although I thought he'd have enough on his plate what his family situation and issues and of course...seeking employment.

Did it go to a 2nd day in court and when will a decision be made does anyone know?

It is interesting the context .. this is all about what Jeff believes is people being forced in to contracts etc.

The genesis of Jeff’s fledgling political career was though the Direct Democracy Ireland crowd and it’s connections to the Freemen on the Land ideals of which are mainly based around a strange interpretation of contract law and consenting to stuff.

While Jeff has been at pains to distance himself from DDI and Freeman movement he has defended Mr Gilroy (via complaint to the Boardcasting Commission of Ireland) and he has maintained that his departure from DDI was followed by almost 700 other members who surely are still involved with him and his new UP party. Unless he is guilty of as many U-turns and flip flops which he castigates FG and FF for his beliefs and understanding of the law must be along the same lines.

So it now seems that we finally have a political party in Ireland who is campaigning to keep people out of work. Imagine a potential employer asking him to sign a contract of employment ?

I can't imagine him getting as far as that in a hiring process.

Are you on your oath Mr. Employer?

I jest, there's no way Jeff would actually go looking for employment.
