The mighty Blues are going to crush your miserable Highlanders, Syd!!!

I am looking forward to seeing Ben From Accounts back on the pitch. Hopefully he's a bit rusty.

Your midfield will eat ours, though I actually think we have the advantage up front... Which is very unusual for a Highlanders team.

It will be close either way.
I won't be able to watch it, so may sky+ it

    Beautiful try, come on highlanders!!

The ruck is a pure mess, defenders not rolling away, players off their feet and flying shoulders all over the place!

Sidenote, Teihorangi Walden is the least Maori looking person I've ever seen!

    Crazy game.

It never ceases to amaze me how super rugby looks like a completely different game to NH rugby.
Maybe it's softer defense, but i actually think its better attacking patterns and higher skills levels which leads to a higher tempo game.

Anyway, delighted with that first up win against a team that's going to do damage this season.

    Bollocks!!!!

Ah well. Looks like its going to be another one of those seasons for the Blues.

Nah, I think you'll push on well this season. You've a solid 10 and a good scrum half.

Your biggest problem previously was some abject preformance in oz and sa. If you can grind points away, you'll be there or there abouts come play off time. I'd still be worrying that it could come down to between our two teams for the last play off spot.

Under the current laws, that's foul play. If foul play has been committed in the act of preventing a try being scored, that's a penalty try.

    Where exactly is the confusion?

Looking at the highlights on youtube the crowds in S Africa seem to be very poor. Maybe the stands are huge but I doubt it.

Commentary is laughable "nothing else he could do"
Ehh, maybe not wrap your arm around the players head

Crusaders look like there continuing their good form from last year and they still have some big names to return.

Crusaders scrum seems to have improved since Oliver Jager has come on.

I wonder what hopes he has for international rugby...he must be NZ qualified now...any chance a province will try and lure him back next summer?
