Thats a real pity. He put in a real mature performance today. Looks strong in the tackle too.

    Sharks scrum absolutely destroying tahs

Some very poor play, so many basic errors and tactical naivety, watching Foley kicking straight down the middle of the pitch from the 22 giving the Sharks loads of space to set up and get an easy return is just mind boggling, criminal stuff

    Pressure conversion for Foley, excellent.

    24-24

Agreed, the Sharks should be well clear with the chances they've had but keep making a balls of it.

As a Tahs fan watching the scrum retreat like that I'll happily take a draw. Been a much better start to the season this year. Would like to build up a points total before the run of four NZ teams in a row in May.

Connacht fans must be disgusted if they are watching the Bulls v Lions match, Boshoff didn't show an ounce of this potential while out West

Lions hammering a team that beat the Canes last week

Also Elton Jantjies has the worst haircut I've ever seen

He was injured his whole time here and lost his Dad. Hard to be annoyed at someone for not showing potential when they didn't get a chance

He absolutely wrote Pieter Steph du toit off with a tackle. Concussed him. Smashing hit

    Canes beat jaguares 9-34

Didn't have it all their own way, even if the final score shows different.

Jaguares frustrating to watch. Don't play like a team in my opinion, too many trying to do it themselves.

    mo'unga done. jaw needs surgery.

not what steve hansen needed with sopoaga defecting.

    What happened?

stormers had a penalty after clock went red for half time, stormers 10 kicks ball straight out and Jackson blows for half time. The 10 should have tapped and kicked in order for it to be dead.

disallowed a B Smith try for crawling. Smith was tackled 5 meters out but not held. Obviously easier to lunge forward to the try line rather than try to stand back up. IMO a tough call and something that happens quite often and unpunished further out the field.

at one stage there were so many knock ons he simply says "play on" and even the commentator commented something like jackson cant keep up so just lets play continue.

overall, he was just poor. Didnt affect the out come of the game though.

Strange that the players didn't say anything to him about that one.

Hurricanes ripping thru crusaders... 21-0 after 27 mins

    Edit... 26-5 after 33 mins

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

    26-12.... Comeback is on ...perhaps.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

Canes were in sight of the tryline...pinged for not releasing... Crusaders go down and score... 26-19, they're still behind..but have all the momentum.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

Canes get a pen, 29-19 after 67 mins...2 score game now.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

And that's it...the penalty took the wind out of the crusaders sails .. 29-19 final score.

WTF is going on in Argentina!! Jaguares running riot, 26 - 0 up after 20 minutes! Amazing rugby by them too, the Tahs just can't keep up with their pace

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,935 ✭✭✭SuprSi

33 - 7 after an intercept try right on the stroke of halftime, very impressive.
