Wind forecast tomorrow Feb 14th (Dublin) - a mistake?

I've noticed on the Met Eireann website that it has hardly any wind speed detected for daytime(and night) tomorrow, it gets as low as 1km/h and hovers below 10km/h!!
But reading the regional forecast for Dublin, it says that there will be "moderate to fresh" southerly winds similar to MT's forecast.

So which is correct, will it be calm or windy tomorrow? :)

The daily summary is merely taking the wind at midday (as shown in your hourly image).

That states a wind speed of 1km/h at 12pm tomorrow. Is wind at this super low speed "moderate to fresh"? :)

No, nor are the slightly higher single-digit speeds for the afternoon. However, always go with the text forecast over raw model output.

The clue is in the wind direction.
