Can anyone tell me what the RSA mean when asking for a Letter of Entitlement from a foreign country when trying to get the reduced EDT? Is it just a letter to say that you have a valid license from that particular place? Or would it need anymore info? Just need to describe it in such a way that an American bureau would…
