M husband struggled with moobs for years and was considering surgery. I am a firm believer in trying the natural route first. We made a deal to try Healthy HueMans Get Rid of Moobs Guide for a year before considering surgery. We worked on his hormones and minerals levels and it has made such a difference! Surgery is off of the table now.

What does your husband think though

I doubt the above guide can actually physically remove formed breast tissue which is the case for many people. All aspects of this guide and its success suggests to us that your husband was simply just overweight.

I had gyno surgery done in Wrocław poland, they removes the fat but more importantly they removed any glandular tissue too.
Cost 1,300 with the flight. Accommodation cost 120 for 4 nights in a city apartment.

Good recovery, huge difference boobs wise.

Id highly recommend the procedure as long as they remove the glandular tissue as most specialists in irwland dont, they just lipo the area

    Worked on his hormones?

I assume with prescribed aromatize inhibitors? There is no supplement out there that can control estrogen in men sufficiently enough to reduce genuine gyno, leteozole and aromasin are the only options.

    Supplements have no effect.

Moobs and gynocomastia are 2 completely different beasts.

Moobs is simply reduced by weight loss and diet management.

Weird. Isn't it the glandular tissue that specifically requires surgery? They're only willing to do surgery on the bit that doesn't need surgery...?

    Any source for that claim?
If they aren’t removing breast tissue it’s not really gynecomastia surgery. And the HSE claim to do the surgery

Hi Guys, I recently had gynecomastia surgery done in the Maher hospital Cork: cost approx €2800. Even tho I am only a few weeks out I am very pleased with the results.

Bit of background info: I'm about 6'1" and weigh 13st, age 29. As far as I can remember this issue only become noticeable about 8 years ago. I even dropped down to 11. 5st to try to get rid of it but it was still as noticeable. After a quick visit to my GP he confirmed it was gynecomastia and arranged a consultation for me with a plastic surgeon (just message me for more details on the surgeon)

The surgeon was very straight talking and explained the exact procedure involved. I get very anxious with hospital related procedures but somehow got over this and set a date for the surgery. It was performed under general anesthetic so I was asleep for everything. I woke up in recovery and, as previously explained to me, I had two small drains connected to my chest area, I also had stitches on both sides of my chest (felt no pain whatsoever, thanks to pain killers I suppose).

I had to stay just one night in the hospital and had the drains removed before I left. I felt a bit sick after the anesthetic but came around after a few hours. The surgeon met with me after to answer any questions I had, then I had bandages fitted and was given a compression belt to keep pressure on the area. The compression belt had to be worn for 4 weeks to aid healing the area. I was giving painkillers to take daily for a few days after but quickly stopped as I didn't really need them. I also got the stitches taken out with my local GP about 10 days after, again I hardly felt anything pain wise. I slept fine on back during the recovery time as I was a bit conscious about sleeping on my side for a while in case I interfered with the recovery.

I am very happy with the results and can return to wearing normal fitting/ non baggy shirts and t shirts which I constantly wore to conceal it. Overall I would say if anybody is considering getting this procedure done, go for it!

I will post pic's whenever my new boards account lets me

    Hi mate,

Quick question, I've recently been in with my GP and he said he'd refer me to a surgeon. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I've heard nothing back as of yet.

Just wondering how long it took for you to hear back from anybody?

    Thanks

How would you know one way or another if a flabby chest "moobs" is caused by excess fat or gynecomastia?
    Scan.

    Or and common sense.

Its the only way for a woman to know if her breasts are made mostly of fat tissue or glandular tissue. You can't feel it. And a skinny woman can actually have a lot of fatty tissue in her breasts.

Obv if you are a bit ...chubby etc ...common sense will tell you its part of it.

Hey - Can you let me know who you went to in Cork? Did you go to GP first? My GP is very much "it'll be grand" so not much use to me. If you could DM me please, thanks
