Personally think Longford may struggle against Cabo. Potential draw there.

Oh I'll be there roaring them on from the hill! We've improved alot over the last few games and are leaving Mulhall on the bench. Think 3/1 is too much for it.

Early bet for Friday as it's shortening already and prob will end up on a -2.5. Dundalk in flying form. Limerick in a shambles with players not being paid, then told they can leave and their chairman trying to sell the club without any buyer.

    Dundalk -2 (Asian) @ 1.70 (Bet365/Asian) - Medium Stake

Thanks for the heads up took it when you posted and took it in-play when it hit evens - have a great weekend!

    1-0 Cabo ;)

    Additional to Dundalk bet:

    Derry City Double Chance @ 1.70 (Bet365) - Small/Medium Stake
Galway -0.5 (Asian) or Win @ 2.10 (General) - Small Stake

    Dundalk 4-0 FT
    Derry 2-1 FT

    Galway lose 1-2.

Medium and Small/Medium wins, Small loss. Nice profit there.

    2 bets for tomorrow night

Overs in bohs and Waterford games and dundalk-2 treble at 6/1

And bohs, Waterford both to win double 3.5/1

Bohs disappoint, treble was a goal away in Waterford game.

Early bet for Friday again this week. Cork in flying form, winning 10 from 10 this season at home, 8 of them being clean sheets. Last game before the summer break so Cork will want the win to ensure they stay top. Bohs not in great form - their away is better than home form but either way Cork on paper are miles superior. Odds have slightly drifted since this morning which is unusual - we don't expect odds to be as good come Friday so posting now.

    Cork City -1.5 (Asian) @ 1.95 (Bet365/Asian) - Medium/Large Stake

  • Moderators, Category Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 32,312 CMod ✭✭✭✭ShamoBuc

    Treble at 5.6/1
    City-1
    Dundalk -1
    Rovers win

    Quad at 6/1
Waterford, Dundalk, Rovers, each over 1.5, pats win

And outside 27/1 Dundalk, Waterford, pats, city, all ht/ft

As well as Cork City -1.5 we're going with the below two small bets:

UCD 0 Asian or Draw No Bet @ 1.70 (Bet365) - Small Stake
    Derry/Dundalk Over 2.75 (Asian) @ 1.75 (Bet365/Asian) - Small Stake

    Other two bets won.

Still no odds up on PP, two days before games.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,963 ✭✭✭✭Gavin "shels"

Up in a few other places, Cabo, Pats & Bray all huge prices.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,959 ✭✭✭diusmr8a504cvk

Yeah odds eventually went up. Would jump all over Bray, Pat’s to draw maybe.

    Edit:
    I took Bray and Rovers @ 3.5 and Bray to win 1-0 @ 7/1.

Back after the summer break. Turmoil in the last couple of days with Limerick losing 4 players, we were going to tip Bray up but now it's come to light all of the Bray players may be free agents come 10pm tonight along with all of the Limerick players. An avoid game now.

    St Pats 0 (Asian) or DNB @ 1.80 (General) - Small/Medium Stake
    Cabinteely 0 (Asian) or DNB @ 2.10 (Bet365) - Small Stake

  • Registered Users Posts: 9 PuntersHangout

Bray just can't seem to get their act together. Is it still a issue from the owner overspending last year? Link to team news?

I was looking at this game for an unders bet but decided yesterday to avoid it.

A bad week last week with 2 losses from 2 - hopefully get back on track this week with our 3 bets. Waterford far too superior to Bohs on paper, solid at home too. Galway with a new manager hosting the whipping boys of the 1st Div. Derry need to get back on track against a Limerick side in turmoil of the pitch and players recently leaving.

Waterford -0.5 (Asian) or Win @ 1.75 (General) - Medium Stake
    Galway -2.25 (Asian) @ 1.70 (Bet365) - Small/Medium Stake
    Derry -1 (Asian) @ 1.75 (Bet365) - Small Stake

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,959 ✭✭✭diusmr8a504cvk

I think UCD/Shels BTTS @ 8/13 wouldn’t be a bad one to throw into an accumulator.
I’d have Derry and Dundalk nailed on to win myself.

Even with the 1st Division top goalscorer George Kelly moving from UCD to Dundalk on Monday? Not a bet for me given that circumstance.

Waterford -0.5 (Asian) or Win @ 1.75 (General) - Medium Stake
    Galway -2.25 (Asian) @ 1.70 (Bet365) - Small/Medium Stake
    Derry -1 (Asian) @ 1.75 (Bet365) - Small Stake

Mixed bag... Loss, Win & Refund. Hard to get a break lately - teams very inconsistent and the European games coming up will throw things off even more.

Just one bet this week with the teams in Europe's games being moved so limited Premier games. Top -v- second bottom in the First Division. UCD didn't look excellent against Shelbourne last Friday but they should have enough for a poor Wexford side. 9 Wexford first teamers played in Dublin on Monday against St. Pats in the LSC, shouldn't effect them here unless an injury or two was picked up.

    UCD -1.25 (Asian) @ 1.80 (Bet365) - Small Stake

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,709 ✭✭✭upandcumming

Stuck a little treble of Bohemians, UCD -1, and Longford. 7/1.

Two small bets this week. Bray players been paid finally but lost their manager midweek, no way Bohs are a 1/7 shot against anyone though. Waterford host Rovers on Sunday at 3pm, Rovers just had a tough 120 mins against AIK in the Europa league. A 6 pointer of a game which could see Waterford move 10 points clear of Rovers in 3rd spot (Europe). Other games worth keeping an eye on inplay, St. Pats hanidcap & UCD DNB or 0 (Asian)

    Bray +2 (Asian) @ 1.90 (Bet365) - Small Stake
    Waterford DNB or 0 (Asian) @ 2.00 (Bet365) - Small Stake

Thanks for these - would you mind explaining what you mean in terms of inplay handicap in the Pats game - thanks

I can only see 1.77 for waterford DNB or am I reading it wrong?

Wait for inplay stats (Bet365, WilliamHill) and if Pats are dominating they may be worth a bet inplay on a -1 Asian handicap or similar.

Nope - odds crushed it seems. They were 2.00 at time of posting, down to 1.80 at best now. Looking at Oddsportal.com odds came in on the Asians not long after I posted.

Why are Finn harps almost 23/10 to beat shelburne tonight?
They're above them in the table, on a good run , won the last three in a row. Shelburne have only won one of the past four games.

Finn harps are at home too.

Big price tbh, we're missing James English and Lorcan Fitz again - two big missing pieces to our starting XI.
