Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

I don't know where we're going, but I know where I am (part 6).

    :-) how did you know?

Having a coffee heading out for a walk and some custard pastries somewhere, definitely not the place the concierge recommended yesterday I'd say hes on commission.

Thanks so much for all the well wishes for my niece, yer a great bunch <3 , I was a bag of anxiety yesterday, very worried but she's back home today after getting IV's, looks a lot better, hopefully she's on the up now, she's had horrid two weeks, started off with the croup and she's been very sick and miserable since.

Just had brekkie two hours ago and deciding on whether to go for a run or take Richo (one of my dogs) to the beach for a walk.. The old lad is getting too old to run with me now, I miss that.

You could walk or tram it out to that famous pastry shop in Bèlem (its nice around there)
Mind you it's not really worth queing for a pastry..imo.

    Couch side at work.

Fell asleep after midnight and was woken by someone banging on the door and shouting at 4.45am and wasn't able to fall back asleep. I'm now working a 12 hour shift on about 4 and a half hours sleep.

Don't like anything on porridge except a drop of milk if necessary.

On the second train, which will bring me to my new city. I actually made it! There were no lifts in the connecting station, but just stairs with like conveyor belts to get your luggage up, and I had eight minutes to swap trains, and no screens to tell me where to go, and I have the sense of direction of a drunk fly.

    Challenging.. But, challenge accepted. :D

Really glad to hear the good news on your niece Seph. :)

And porridge. Many German people don't know what that is! Like - I thought it was universal!

I'm delighted that your little niece is on the mend Seph x

I'm on the couch and plan on staying put for the day. I had a splitting headache so took two solpadeines and feel a bit odd now. Kind of like my blood pressure has dropped. So I'm having a big mug of sugary tea. Every cloud! :D

Now as I'm not cooking please help me choose what to order :p
    Burrito from Boojum or
Beef bourgignon or lasagne from Fallon and Byrne.

I'm still a snotty snotmachine but it's starting to ease a bit now. Hopefully it won't go to my chest.

Going to go to the cinema later on and there will be ice cream :D

Oh yeah Perse, get a burrito!! :)
