Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

How early is too early to go to bed?

I'm out the door at 6:30am most days, about now it's hard not to just turn in for the night. How much sleep does the average AH denizen need? I find I need AT LEAST 8 hours.

Get up at three in the morning. Leave for work at 7.45 and in work at half eight.

Home around 6, get the dinner. Watch two hours of TV go to bed around half nine.

Works for me!
