Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    It's €3.95 with PW. PW is far superior than Parcel Motel I've found. I used PM for years (about 2 - 3 deliveries a week) and the convenience of PW is so much better.

    By the way, I've been wondering why my balance hadn't deducted for this order. Turns out I sent it to Parcel Motel instead!!

    Mine arrived via parcel wizard this morning too. I reckon reason why they are getting through fine is because it doesn't blatantly say on the box that it contains alcohol, at least not from what I can see anyway. It just has branding that says something like 'Flavourly: Drink Different'

    Still not received any sort of notification from ParcelWizard... anyone else waiting?

    Weird thing is I did got a notification from ParcelMotel that I've insufficient funds to cover something that arrived.

    But double-checked and definitely sent it to ParcelWizard.

    I was onto PW today.. while they can see it's been collected (via tracking URL I provided), they can't verify if they actually received this without signature! :(

    I'm having my doubts I'm getting this.

    So gave them a breakdown of what was in it.. what choice did I have?!..

    Said they "referred that to the PW team for you, they will make the relevant inquiries and revert to you as soon as they can."

    I just want my beer..

    Should of mentioned it here, I could of sent you a pic of my box and you could send it on to them. Like I said it doesn't say anything about alcohol on the outside

    Will they send to Parcel Motel virtual address in the North or is Parcel Wizard better? I used the latter once and thought it was fairly good, not sure if the PM lockers will fit this.

    Mine was upgrade from an 8-pack to a 10-pack for an extra fiver so didn't bother.

    Had some bad experiences with these guys in the past.


    Out of date beers.


    A lot of "bruised" cans


    Requesting mixed cases and get full cases of one style etc


    eventually cancelled and the customer service was brutal
