36 yo guy have been training with weights since i was 18.But this year i find myself getting a bit bored of the gym.

Have been considering packing in my membership tonight and sticking together a training program outside the gym..Resistance bands,,one heavy dbell and pull ups etc..

    Anyone in similar position?

I took a break due to time restraints and followed a body-weight program at home for a few months with great success. Learning skills like the handstand etc. You could also try focus on something like crossfit, powerlifting, weightlifting etc. Lots of options to freshen things up

Cancelled the membership.Today i trained with what limited tool available to me.
Open field, resistance bands and one dun bell along with high and low pull up bars.

I didnt notice much cross over in strength from heavy benching in the gym to performing lots of push ups.

Anyway a change is as good as a rest
