    Smoked coley... was going to do the usual white sauce/onion/potato thing but changed my mind.

    Tomato sauce with black olives, herbs, lemon juice etc in a pan, fish on top just to steam, green beans and rice to go alongside.

    Had my very good friends over for dinner .
    Roast beef, roasted potatoes, parsnips and carrots, mashed turnip and carrot, peas, my special recipe stuffing, creamed potatoes, lashings of rich gravy, lots of wine.

    And trifle flavoured sherry for dessert!

    I just seasoned a nice Striploin steak. Gonna have it with mashed spuds, mushy peas and gravy. Absolutely inspired by RG.

    Worked my nuts off today and earned nothing bar this weeks PUP, but still feel I deserve a beer or two before the din dins.:D
